Clarification on ASPIRE Conference and Membership Forms ðŸŒŸ

During our general meeting last night, we recognized the need for more clarification on the upcoming ASPIRE Conference and the required membership forms.

Aspire Conference

Why Attend?

The ASPIRE Conference (Sept 9-13 at the Biltmore Hotel) is a fantastic opportunity to network with industry experts, meet fellow HFES students, and learn from top professionals in our field.

Costs:

  • Student Member Full Week: $249

  • Student Member Single Day: $119

  • Student Non-Member Full Week : $269

  • Student Non-Member Single Day: $145

Not a National Member? You can join for $35/year, reducing your conference costs.

Carpooling:

Need a ride or want to help drive students? We’re coordinating carpools. Fill out the interest form below.

Mobile App

To download the mobile app to your phone, use the following links: Apple Store and Google Play the app will show up as Eventsential. After downloading it, follow these directions:

  • Open the Eventsential app.

  • Search for "HFES" within the app.

  • You will be taken directly to the ASPIRE event page. Tap to gain access.

  • Now, enter the email address you used to register.

  • Check out the schedule, speakers and more through the app. Personalize your own schedule for sessions that interest you.

Membership Forms

New Member Sign-Up Form

  • If you're a new member, start by filling out the New Member Welcome Form. This helps us have your information for all our communication channels.

Fulton Student Organization Form

  • All members need to submit the FSO Form so we can maintain our status as a student organization at ASU.

Membership Dues

  • Pay your membership dues here. This is separate from the National HFES Student membership.

     

    • $15/academic semester

    • $25/academic year
